After beginning his career in theatre, the pull of the music industry became too much for Dominic when he quit his University course in 2005 after it was two-thirds completed and started (and completed) a diploma of Music Business at Southbank Institute of Technology in Brisbane. That year Dominic was awarded Music Business student of the year and has worked intensively in the music industry ever since.

In 2007, Dominic began to self manage his own band, Rocketsmiths, as well as look after indie rock up and comers, Wind and Brackets. During this time he booked tours and high profile supports, coordinated releases, oversaw promotional schedules, negotiated deals with distribution labels and booking agents as well as looking after the day to day administration for both acts.

After Rocketsmiths called it a day in late 2010, Dominic decided the time was right to move into artist management full time and swiftly signed two excellent Brisbane acts as the first artists on his roster.

Texas Tea are a two-piece indie-country-soul act who are in the process of writing and recording their third album. The aim is for this album to become their breakthrough record onto the Brisbane country/roots scene and have the band start appealing to a much wider audience. The band also has quite a following in France where they have toured several times. Dominic has recently finished booking their July 2011 tour to France, Italy and the UK where they will showcase for labels, agents and look co-management deals in Europe.

As well as being an artist manager, Dominic also works as an event manager and publicist, working with business, Bluebeard Music.

Besides working in the music industry, Dominic likes watching TV shows on his computer and reading crazy shit about space.

He has a red beard and brown hair, this is totally natural.
